Welcome to Volcano Hot Pot & Korean BBQ, operated by Volcano Hollywood LLC ("Volcano," "we," "our," or "us"). By visiting our restaurant or using our website at VolcanoAllYouCanEat.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

General Dining Policy
- All-You-Can-Eat: Each guest must meet the minimum charge based on their dining option (Hot Pot, Korean BBQ, or both). Sharing meals without paying the required charge is not permitted.
- Dining Time Limit: To ensure all guests enjoy their experience, we enforce a dining time limit — 2 hours on weekdays and 90 minutes on weekends (Friday–Sunday).
- Food Waste Policy: Please order responsibly. Excessive leftovers may result in an additional $13.99/lb surcharge.
- Table Rule: All guests at a table must choose the same dining experience (Hot Pot, Korean BBQ, or Combo).
- Minimum 2 AYCE orders per table required to use the Korean BBQ grill.
- Takeout: Our dining experience is designed for in-house enjoyment. We do not offer takeout or to-go service.
- Non-Dining Guests: Every guest seated at the table must pay the full minimum charge. Bar seating is available for drink-only guests.

Health & Safety
- Guests are responsible for handling hot surfaces, grills, and broths with care. Hot pot broths and Korean BBQ grills reach extremely high temperatures — exercise caution, especially with young children.
- Some menu items may contain allergens such as shellfish, soy, wheat, or peanuts. Please notify our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
⚠ Raw Food Warning: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, seafood, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness, especially for individuals with certain health conditions. Please ensure all items are cooked thoroughly before consuming.

Bar & Alcohol Service
- Alcoholic beverages are available to guests 21 and over with valid ID.
- Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at its discretion.

- Membership is free and available by signing up online at volcanoallyoucaneat.com/vip-club or in person.
- Rewards, promotions, and birthday offers are subject to change without notice.
- VIP benefits are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
