1. General Dining Policy

All-You-Can-Eat: Each guest must meet the minimum charge based on their dining option (Hot Pot, Korean BBQ, or both). Sharing meals without paying the required charge is not permitted.

Dining Time Limit: To ensure all guests enjoy their experience, we reserve the right to enforce a dining time limit (usually 2 hours).

Food Waste Policy: Please order responsibly. Excessive leftovers may result in an additional charge.

Takeout: Our dining experience is designed for in-house enjoyment. We do not offer takeout or to-go service.

2. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for handling hot surfaces, grills, and broths with care.

Some menu items may contain allergens such as shellfish, soy, wheat, or peanuts. Please notify our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, seafood, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness, especially for individuals with certain health conditions.

3. Bar & Alcohol Service

Alcoholic beverages are available to guests 21 and over with valid ID.

Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at its discretion.

4. Volcano VIP Club

Membership is free and available by signing up online or in person.

New members receive $5 off their first visit (limit one per person).

Rewards, promotions, and birthday offers are subject to change without notice.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

Reactions to allergens or dietary sensitivities if not disclosed to our staff.
